Barlav tracks the assets you choose, sends briefings and provides information, summaries, news, quotes and other content related to the assets selected by the user.

The service is informational: it organises and summarises information that is already public, so you spend less time digging for it.

The content produced by Barlav is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in Barlav is a recommendation, an offer, advice or a securities analysis. We are not investment advisers, licensed analysts or portfolio managers.

Investment decisions are yours and yours alone. Investing carries risk, including the loss of the capital invested, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

If you need guidance on your investments, talk to a licensed professional.

Briefings are assembled from public sources. Quotes and other data may lag the market, and information may arrive incomplete or out of context.

Some features depend on third-party services and data sources, which may change, be interrupted or be discontinued without prior notice. Barlav may change the sources it uses at any time.

Always check the information at the original source before making any decision. Barlav does not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or current.

Part of the content provided by Barlav is produced with the help of artificial intelligence systems, without human review before it is sent.

Although we take measures to improve its quality, this content may contain inaccuracies, incorrect interpretations or omissions, and must not be used as the sole basis for investment decisions.

To use Barlav you must create an account with truthful information and confirm your email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens in your account. Write to contact@barlav.com if you suspect any misuse.

The account is personal and non-transferable, and you must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Some features require a paid plan. The price, the currency and the limits of each plan are the ones shown at the time you subscribe.

The subscription is recurring and renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel. Billing is handled by a payment provider, and Barlav does not store your card details.

Prices may change for new subscriptions or future renewals, with prior notice. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel before the renewal.

If a payment fails, access to the plan features may be suspended until the payment is settled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.

Within the first 7 days after subscribing, you may exercise the right of withdrawal set out in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. If a payment has been made, it is refunded in full. If the subscription is still in its free trial period, the cancellation takes effect immediately and no charge is made.

After that period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you already paid for. You keep access until then and you are not charged again.

Cancellation does not generate a pro rata refund of the period already used, except where required by law.

You agree not to resell, redistribute or commercially exploit Barlav content without our authorisation.

You also may not work around plan limits, access restricted areas, overload the infrastructure or reverse engineer the service.

You may not share your access credentials, nor use robots, scripts or any automated mechanism to access the service beyond the features made available to you.

You also may not use the service in breach of applicable law.

The software, the visual identity, the brand, the layout, the interface and the other elements of the service are ours or licensed to us.

Your subscription grants you a personal, limited and revocable licence to use the service, and nothing beyond that.

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee minimum availability or any specific service level (SLA).

There may be interruptions due to maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond our control.

Barlav may add, modify or remove features over time to improve the service or to meet legal and operational requirements.

When a change significantly reduces what you subscribed to, we will give you notice in advance, and you may cancel your subscription without penalty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barlav is not liable for losses or damages arising from investment decisions made based on the content, from unavailability of the service, or from errors and delays in the information.

Barlav is also not liable for losses arising from third-party service failures, unavailability of data providers, events of force majeure, cyber attacks or unavailability of the internet.

Nothing in these Terms removes the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and can be consulted at any time.

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the service, in the providers we use or in the law.

When a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new version, you may cancel your subscription and close your account, without penalty.

If you keep using Barlav after the new version takes effect, we understand that you have accepted the change.

You can close your account at any time from the settings.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the law, with notice whenever possible.

Closing your account does not remove pending obligations, including amounts owed up to the date it is closed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any matter not resolved amicably.
